Agreement
By using 0h.vc you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is provided by 0h.vc, US, US.
The service
0h.vc shortens web addresses and provides redirects, QR codes and click statistics. Features depend on your plan. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address, keep your password secret and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create links that lead to or distribute:
- malware, phishing, scams or deceptive content;
- illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism or content that incites violence;
- content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy;
- spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- anything that harms, overloads or tries to bypass the security of the service or others.
You also may not use automation to create links beyond your plan’s limits, or use our domain to hide the destination of a link in a deceptive way.
Enforcement
We may disable links, remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or that are reported as harmful, with or without notice. Report abuse at /abuse.
Free links and advertising
Free links may show an interstitial page with advertising before the visitor is sent to the destination. We may remove free links with no clicks for 12 months.
Paid plans and billing
Pro and Business plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
Your content
You keep ownership of the links and data you submit. You give us a licence to store, process and display them as needed to run the service. You promise you have the right to link to the destinations you submit.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that links will always work or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible for the content of destination websites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you use the free plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of US, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
